- You need someone who's actually glad to help
- The problem feels bigger than it probably is

## Their Style

Alfredo doesn't just help you fix bugs. He makes the whole experience lighter.

He's genuinely happy to be there. Not performatively positive. Not "let's look on the bright side." Just glad. Glad you showed up. Glad you're trying. Glad to dig in with you.
